|Text||Pg 117 - Wednesday, May 6th 1789 Court met according to adjournment. Eliz Berry, widow and relict of Hugh Berry decd hath leave to administer on the estate of said Berry decd took the oath of an Adm and also enters into bond herself with Joseph Vaunce and William Davidson her securities in the sum of three hundred pounds for her due Admr according to law. Ordered that letters of Adm & Issue on said estate to Eliz Berry aforesaid.|
Pg 151 - Eliz Berry is appointed Guardian for her own children, towit: John Berry, Robert, Jane, Hugh, Joseph, James, Sarah, Eliz, and enters into bond herself with Alex Outlaw, Esq her security in the sum of 300 pounds for the faithful discharge of her said guardianship.
Pg 170 - Aug 1790 Ordered that Hugh Berry, orphan of Hugh Berry, decd. be bound to Samuel Jack until the said orphan attain the age of 21 years to learn the Saddler Trade. Said orphan now of the age of 11 years November next. 8 S pd.
