3 Dunn House
Dunn House - Built in 1840. Used as a hospital for Confederate wounded following the Battle of Mansfield in April, 1964. This structure has recently been moved to this location across from the Town Square. 
 
4 Keachi, DeSoto, Louisiana
The Village of Keachi developed in the 1840's with Greek Revival Architecture. The Tharp's were members of the original Mt Carmel Methodist Church which burned, and was replaced with the current church. The general store is where the Tharps did their shopping.
